Ahh, the lessons we learn like be careful what you wish for... I really enjoyed this book. The author created a wonderfully vivid environment and fabulously visual emotions to allow us to follow along with Zephyra almost as though we were there. I enjoyed both the highs and the lows in her young life and the lessons she learned along the way. I do warn that there are some parts of her challenges that might be inappropriate for young teens. They were hard enough on this seasoned mom and have the power to stay with you although Andrea handled them very well.
This is an exciting and well-written book. I look forward to seeing where this debut author goes from here.
